Terms of sale and delivery
By placing an order with Rose Lee Pewter, you agree to the following terms.
All products are handmade using traditional sandcasting techniques. Due to the nature of handcraft, slight variations in size, texture, and finish are normal and part of each piece's unique character.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe or PayPal.
Please allow up to 4 working days (Mon–Fri) for items to be made before dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Rose Lee Pewter's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
