Terms of sale and delivery
By placing an order with Rose Lee Pewter, you agree to the following terms.
All products are handmade using traditional sandcasting techniques. Due to the nature of handcraft, slight variations in size, texture, and finish are normal and part of each piece's unique character.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe or PayPal.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made before posting. Your chosen postage speed applies from the point of dispatch, not from the date you order. Delivery times vary by destination. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
All pieces are handmade to order and one of a kind, so I am unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As each item is individually sand-cast by hand, small natural variations in finish, texture or surface marking are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as ordered, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and I will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Rose Lee Pewter's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
