How I collect, use, and protect your data
I am committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how I collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
When you place an order, I collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — I never store your card details.
I use your information to fulfil orders, send shipping updates, and respond to enquiries. I may send occasional updates about new products if you opt in.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in each message. You can also use the link in any newsletter email, or contact info@roseleepewter.co.uk. Unsubscribing stops marketing mail only — order and account emails continue as needed.
I use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (cart, authentication, and an anonymous visit cookie so I can see overall traffic in my shop admin — not linked to your account). Optional marketing analytics (Google Analytics) load only if you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile, saved addresses, and password in your account area when signed in.
You can delete your account from Security settings. This removes your name, email, phone, saved addresses, and login access. Order records are retained for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Shipping names and addresses on those orders stay on the order as placed; they are no longer linked to an active customer profile you can sign into.
