Delivery, tracking and our returns policy
Every piece is handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made before posting. Orders are then carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (UK).
Your chosen postage service (for example Royal Mail 24hr or 48hr Tracked) applies from the point of dispatch — not from the date you order. A 24hr postage upgrade makes delivery faster once your item is made; it does not mean next-day arrival from ordering.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Every piece is handmade to order and one of a kind, so I'm unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to email me with any questions before you order — I'm always happy to help.
Because each item is individually sand-cast and finished by hand, no two are exactly alike. Small natural variations — slight differences in finish, texture or surface marking — are an inherent part of the sandcasting process and part of the character and charm of a genuine handmade piece, rather than defects.
Your statutory rights are not affected. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in transit, is genuinely faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please email me at info@roseleepewter.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo, and I will put it right — with a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
